Properties and Uses
ATBN is a liquid nitrile rubber with amino functional groups at both ends of the molecular chain, which can be cured with isocyanate curing agent or reacted with epoxy groups.
It has good oil resistance, heat resistance, abrasion resistance, strong adhesive force, with which toughening epoxy resin can reduce the gelatinization temperature and curing temperature of epoxy resin.
Mainly used in epoxy resin toughening agent, can enhance the toughness of composite materials, improve the shear strength and peel strength, can also be used as a separate adhesive and sealant.
